How do you claim offers without a smartphone or similar device?

Refresh the site/app by placing finger on top of screen and pulling down

If connected to Wi-Fi, connect to your own data plan
Turn off all location services and turn them back on
What do I do if the retailer I selected will not accept my mobile coupon(s)?
Verify that the retailer accepts the coupon, prior to selecting “redeem now”. Retailers are not required to accept mobile coupons even if listed under choose a store..
